Valerie Mikita is a Going Pro consultant based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In the past 10 years, Valerie has lived in Chicago, St. Louis and Denver. For four seasons, she was a St. Louis Rams Cheerleader, serving as captain for three seasons. Valerie was selected as the 2009 Pro Bowl Cheerleader and graced one swimsuit calendar cover. She appeared on Fox Sports Midwest and Maxim.com and was honored to travel abroad to support U.S. troops. Prior to her NFL experience, Valerie danced for the University of Missouri Golden Girls. During her time in Colorado, Valerie performed with the Rock Starz alumni performance group.
