Meet Consultant Aubrey Aquino - Miami, FL

Now residing in Miami, Florida, Aubrey Aquino is a Master Consultant with Going Pro Entertainment, having coached pro cheer hopefuls from coast to coast while residing in California, Arizona and now Florida. Aubrey was an NFL Cheerleader in Oakland and Arizona, as well as an NBA Dancer in Sacramento. Aubrey was featured in Raiderettes calendars as well as the video game NFL 2K3. Today, she is recognized as an established on-camera host and personality, including her own series On the Flipside, Heat TV, E! News, Fox Sports Net, CNN, ESPN and beyond. She recently served as the director of the Coco Girls of Coral Gables, Florida.


Aubrey made her national television debut on the first season of the ESPN original series “Beg, Borrow and Deal.” During her years behind the camera, Aubrey has interviewed celebrities including Hugh Jackman, Meryl Streep, Miley Cyrus, John Travolta, P. Diddy, Billy Bob Thornton, Forest Whitaker, Shaquille O’Neal, Patrick Dempsey, Serena Williams, Eva Mendes, Ne-Yo, Ludacris, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Steven Tyler. The “fun” side of Aubrey’s work has included wrestling an alligator in the Florida Everglades, feeding stingrays in the Bahamas and paddle surfing in the Atlantic Ocean! She has even worked in the music industry as an artist manager.

Aubrey has a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from San Jose State University. Aubrey is a published author, contributing her writing skills and knowledge about the world of Pro Cheer and Dance, in The Ultimate Guide to Becoming a Pro Cheerleader. As one of Going Pro's original staff members, Aubrey pioneered the inaugural NFL Cheerleaders Reunion in 2011 in Las Vegas.
